FSA Skaters Advance in Alkmaar

At the KNSB-2A qualifying competition in Alkmaar, November 25-26, three FSA skaters earned places at the KNSB Challenge Cup, to be held in February 2024.

Ksenia and Elsbeth qualified in the Advanced Novice category with Technical Elements Scores (TES) of +13 points in the short program. They finished sixth and tenth, respectively, in a field of 14. Ksenia notched a personal best (PB) for the free program and overall score.

In Basic Novice A, Star was second of 17, with a new PB in her TES and overall score, improving on her previous qualification for the Challenge Cup at an earlier competition. Taisia was ninth; Yuna, 12^th; and Erika,15^th.

The next qualifying competition is December 16-17 in Heerenveen.
