A-Team Sets its Sights on Tilburg

Five skaters from FSA’s A Team head to the IJssportcentrum in Tilburg, February 22-25, for the International Challenge Cup. The culmination of the 2023-2024 competitive season, the Challenge Cup doubles as the Dutch National Championships. Final B Qualifier in Alkmaar

The third and final qualifier for the B-Series KNSB took place at ice rink De Meent in Alkmaar, February 11-12, with several FSA skaters earning places in next month’s final. In the Advanced Novice Women category, competition for the podium was tight, with 2.04 points separating the top five skaters and less than a quarter of a point between second and fourth. A Team’s Got Talent

Members of FSA’s A Team skated in the Ice Talent Trophy at the Sport Vlaanderen in Hasselt team, February 1-3. In the Basic Novice Girls Category, Taisia Usenko finished sixth in Group 2; Amelie Taube was 10th in Group 3, and Yuna Parcily placed seventh in Group 4.  In Advanced Novice Girls, Ksenia Usenko and Elsbeth Marck both skated in Group 2. Three Cheers in Zoetermeer for FSA

FSA took home three podium finishes from the De IJsvogelbokaal Competition in Zoetermeer, February 3. Nelida Lievesley topped the field in Pupillen 1C. Zulhaj Rizki won gold in Aspiranten 1B and Scarlett Amor was second in Starters 2B.
