Corona update 29 September 2020

New measures have been announced yesterday by the Dutch government to prevent the further spread of the Corona virus. These measures will apply from today (Tuesday 29 September) at 6 p.m. and will in any case apply for the next 3 weeks (until October 20). The protocol of the ice rink is extended with the following rules: No spectators: spectators are no longer allowed for sports activities incl training sessions. FSA update May 2020

Last week our Prime Minister indicated some improvements in the Corona measures for the youth for outside sports activities. Indoor sports in a building such as our ice rink is still prohibited. The Jaap Eden Ice Rink has communicated that the skating season is now closed and there is no more ice in May and June. Corona measures FSA

Yesterday evening the Jaap Eden Ice rink informed FSA that the outside rink will be closed starting today (Friday 13 March 2020) for all activities for the rest of the season. The MIF test of 21 March and the M/B Finals in Utrecht on 28/29 March are cancelled. The ice hall has restricted entrance starting immediately.
